Finding yourself is often the core from which you can start to address improving your situation at work. In personal coaching a number of approaches can help: a combination for example of directed self-examination, bodywork and mediation. By simultaneously working on multiple levels, in a holistic approach, you can quite quickly make steps to improve your situation or start to experience it in a different way.
Personal coaching does not equal psychotherapy. When I do personal coaching, I’m expecting a sound mind able to activate a relatively rapid path of improvement.
